杭州青团文化创意有限公司（以下简称“我们”）深知隐私对您的重要性，并承诺全力保护您的个人数据。本政策说明了 FlowVoice 如何处理您的信息。

1. 信息收集与使用

  • 账户信息：我们收集您的电子邮箱地址，用于识别用户身份、管理激活状态及同步您的积分余额。
  • 扩展本地数据：为提供跨标签页队列、播放恢复、授权验证和付款确认功能，FlowVoice 会通过浏览器存储保存用户偏好、License Key 与授权状态、用户创建的朗读队列（包括所选文字、来源网页标题、URL 与加入时间）、播放进度，以及短期订单编号和付款确认状态。FlowVoice 不保存银行卡号等支付工具信息，也不会出售这些数据。只有用户主动选择 Neural 引擎时，待合成文字才会通过加密连接发送至语音合成服务。
  • 网页内容处理：只有当您主动选择 Neural 引擎朗读时，插件才会提取您要求朗读的文本，并通过加密连接传输至 FlowVoice API 及您所选的豆包、通义千问等语音合成服务商。使用 Basic 本地引擎时，文本不会发送至 FlowVoice 云端。
  • 安全与防欺诈记录：我们会在您发起 API 请求时记录客户端 IP 地址，此信息仅用于识别账号多设备异常登录、保障服务安全及防范账号恶意盗刷行为，绝不用于任何其他商业或用户画像用途。
  • 本地文稿阅读器隐私：当您使用本地文稿阅读器导入 DOCX、Markdown、TXT 或 HTML 文件时，原始文件绝不上传至任何服务器，所有文件解析、排版与 IndexedDB 跨标签页瞬态交接均在您设备的本地浏览器中完成（临时数据读取后即刻销毁，过期记录超过 1 小时自动清理）。如果您主动选择云端/Neural 引擎进行语音合成，仅您要求朗读的文稿文本段落会通过加密连接传输至 TTS API 进行实时发声，数据处理与留存规则与上述“网页内容处理”原则完全一致。
  • 用户反馈与卸载调查：当您主动提交产品建议或在卸载页面填写问卷时，我们会收集您填写的反馈原因、补充建议及选填的联系邮箱，以及基础客户端环境（插件版本、浏览器类型、语言环境）。此数据仅用于产品体验与音质改进，绝不与任何网页浏览历史或账户敏感凭证关联。

2. 核心数据处理原则

  • FlowVoice 不持久化朗读正文：FlowVoice 服务不会把您提交朗读的网页或文稿正文写入用户数据库；文本仅用于完成当次语音合成请求。
  • 限定处理目的：我们不会将朗读正文用于广告画像、出售或自行训练 AI 模型。为完成您请求的语音合成，所选语音服务商会接收必要的文本片段，并依其服务条款和数据处理规则完成处理。

3. 数据安全保障

我们采用行业标准的 TLS/SSL 加密技术 保护您的所有传输数据。即便是在云端处理过程中，我们也通过严格的身份验证协议确保数据的私密性。

4. 您的权利

您拥有对个人信息的绝对控制权：

  • 您可以随时在插件内查看您的账户信息。
  • 您可以随时通过联系 support@flowvoice.net 要求注销账户并彻底删除所有相关数据。

Hangzhou Qingtuan Culture & Creative Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our data processing practices for the FlowVoice browser extension.

1. Data Collection & Usage

  • Account Data: We collect your email address solely for user authentication, activation management, and credit synchronization.
  • Extension Storage Data: To provide cross-tab queues, playback recovery, license verification, and payment confirmation, FlowVoice uses browser storage for user preferences, the License Key and entitlement status, user-created reading queues (including selected text, source-page title, URL, and time added), playback progress, and short-lived order identifiers and payment-confirmation status. FlowVoice does not store payment-card or other payment-instrument details and does not sell this data. Text is transmitted through encrypted connections to speech-synthesis services only when the user explicitly selects a Neural engine.
  • Text Processing: Text is transmitted only when you explicitly choose a Neural engine. The requested text is sent through encrypted connections to the FlowVoice API and the selected speech synthesis provider, such as Doubao or Qwen. When you use the local Basic engine, the text is not sent to the FlowVoice cloud.
  • Security & Anti-Abuse: We record the IP address of your API requests. This is used exclusively for detecting account sharing anomalies, preventing unauthorized license abuse, and securing our APIs, and is never used for commercial advertising or tracking.
  • Local Document Reader Privacy: When using the Local Document Reader to open DOCX, Markdown, TXT, or HTML files, your original files are never uploaded to any server. Document parsing, layout rendering, and transient multi-tab IndexedDB handoff are performed entirely within your local browser on your device (temporary handoff records are deleted immediately upon reading and purged after 1 hour). If you explicitly choose cloud-based Neural voices for playback, only the text segments requested for synthesis are transmitted via encrypted channels to our TTS APIs, adhering strictly to the "Text Processing" principles outlined above.
  • User Feedback & Surveys: When you voluntarily submit feedback or complete an uninstall survey, we collect the reason, suggestions, optional contact email, and basic environment info (extension version, browser, locale). This information is used strictly to improve product experience and is never tied to your browsing history or sensitive credentials.

2. Data Privacy Principles

  • No Persistent Text Storage by FlowVoice: FlowVoice does not write the submitted web or document text to its user database. Text is used only to complete the requested speech synthesis operation.
  • Purpose Limitation: We do not use submitted text for advertising profiles, sell it, or use it to train our own AI models. The selected speech provider receives only the text needed to fulfill your synthesis request and processes it under its own service terms and data-processing rules.

3. Data Security

We employ industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to secure all data in transit. Our infrastructure is designed to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality during the synthesis process.

4. User Rights & Control

You maintain full control over your personal data:

  • You can access your account details directly within the extension.
  • You may request the full deletion of your account and all associated identifiers at any time by contacting support@flowvoice.net.
