欢迎使用 FlowVoice。本服务条款（以下简称“本协议”）是您与杭州青团文化创意有限公司（以下简称“我们”）之间关于您使用 FlowVoice 插件所订立的法律协议。

点击“激活”或购买积分即表示您已充分阅读并同意接受以下条款的约束：

1. 服务内容

FlowVoice 是一款支持 Chrome、Edge 等 Chromium 浏览器的文字转语音（TTS）扩展程序，可朗读网页内容和用户主动导入的本地文稿。Basic 引擎使用设备本地语音；用户主动选择 Neural 引擎时，我们会对接第三方 AI 语音合成服务。

2. 授权激活与积分同步

  • 本服务不强制要求传统账户注册。用户在支付成功后提供电子邮箱，激活码（License Key）将发送至该邮箱。
  • 用户在插件中填入激活码进行激活，即可同步并使用其名下的积分资产。激活码与邮箱是管理和找回积分的重要凭证，用户应当妥善保管。
  • 入场激活包为一次性购买，在 FlowVoice 软件服务生命周期及平台存续期间，为对应激活码提供 Neural 云端语音引擎的使用资格；实际语音合成仍按积分规则计费。
  • 激活码仅限个人用户正当合理使用。为保护您的账户安全及防范盗刷，系统会在 API 请求时记录 IP 地址并监控多端异常并发。当检测到跨地区多设备异常高频并发时，我们可能会向您发送安全提醒或采取临时风险防控措施。

3. 积分使用规则

  • 激活包及后续充值包所包含的积分在 FlowVoice 平台存续期间长期有效。
  • 积分绑定于您的激活码（License Key），仅限在该激活码下使用，严禁以任何形式转让、买卖或兑换现金。
  • 积分消耗速度取决于您选择的语音模型（Qwen 或 Doubao），具体换算比例以插件内实时显示为准。

4. 用户禁止行为

您在使用服务过程中，不得从事以下行为：

  • 对插件进行逆向工程、反编译或试图提取插件源码。
  • 利用自动化工具（如爬虫、脚本）恶意调用云端 API 接口。
  • 将您的激活码公开散布、出租或与不特定第三方共享以批量倒卖/刷取算力，引发系统并发风险。
  • 传播、分享违反法律法规的朗读内容（若涉及社交分享功能）。

5. 知识产权声明

FlowVoice 的所有权、版权、专利权及其他知识产权均归属于“杭州青团文化创意有限公司”。未经书面许可，任何个人或实体不得擅自使用品牌 Logo、代码或设计方案。

6. 争议解决

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。若双方发生任何争议，应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均应提交至杭州市境内有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Welcome to FlowVoice. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and Hangzhou Qingtuan Culture & Creative Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").

By clicking "Activate" or purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms:

1. Description of Service

FlowVoice is a text-to-speech (TTS) extension for Chromium browsers, including Chrome and Edge. It can read web content and local documents explicitly imported by the user. The Basic engine uses voices available on the device; when a user selects a Neural engine, FlowVoice connects to third-party AI speech synthesis services.

2. License Activation & Synchronization

  • This service does not require traditional account registration. Upon successful payment, a License Key will be sent to the email address provided.
  • Users can activate and synchronize their credit balance by entering the License Key into the extension. The License Key and email serve as essential credentials for managing and retrieving credits, and users are solely responsible for safeguarding them.
  • The Activation Pack is a one-time purchase that grants the associated License Key access to Neural cloud voices during the FlowVoice software service lifecycle and while the platform remains in operation. Speech synthesis continues to consume credits according to the displayed rates.
  • License Keys are strictly designated for individual personal use. To protect your account security and prevent unauthorized license sharing, the system logs request IP addresses and monitors abnormal concurrent usage. If multi-location concurrent access is detected, we may issue account security alerts or enforce temporary safety controls.

3. Virtual Credits Usage

  • Credits included in Activation or Refill packs remain valid long-term while the FlowVoice platform remains in operation.
  • Credits are bound to your License Key and are strictly for use within the FlowVoice extension under that key. They are non-transferable, non-resellable, and have no cash value.
  • Consumption rates vary depending on the chosen AI model (e.g., Qwen or Doubao). Specific rates are displayed in real-time within the extension.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., crawlers, scripts) to maliciously call our cloud API infrastructure.
  • Publicly distribute, lease, or share your License Key with unauthorized third parties for mass credit draining or commercial reselling.
  • Use the service to process or distribute content that violates international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in FlowVoice, including but not limited to code, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Hangzhou Qingtuan Culture & Creative Co., Ltd.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in Hangzhou, China.
